Steve is an American Society for Quality Certified Manager of Quality / Organizational Excellence with over seven years experience in the power distribution and control industry.  He continually improved the effectiveness of the organization by managing, analyzing and continually improving the quality management system in accordance with the requirements of the International Organization of Standardization (ISO) 9001-2000. Steve’s accomplishments include:

Ø       Creating and maintaining databases used to collect, analyze and assess data related to process, project and organizational performance which

-          decreased labor for scheduling by 50%

-          decreased labor for performance reporting by x%

-          decreased monthly financial reporting by 87.5%

Ø       Increased productivity and improved efficiency by aligning tasks between Quality Assurance Manager and Quality Control Manager; Engineering and Procurement; Shipping & Receiving and Quality Control.

Ø       Decreased time and paper required to release project to manufacturing by 50%.

Ø       Increased proficiency by modifying testing methods

He led and supervised quality control team responsible for ensuring resulting product was capable of meeting the requirements for the specified application or intended use by inspecting workmanship, verifying compliance and testing for effective and proper operations. He, also, led and assisted in the design and development of power distribution and control products.

Steve holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering with a minor in Mathematics from Louisiana Tech University. He is a member of American Society for Quality and is familiar with such regulatory bodies as ANSI, NEMA, NEC, UL, ABS & OSHA.
